Recurpay has built-in Whatsapp notification management that allows you to trigger automatic whatsaap notifications to customer. You can choose which templates you'd like to be notified about to the end customers.
Here is a step by step process to activate the whatsaap notification through Recurpay dashboard.
Step 1: Login to Recurpay Dashboard or click here.
Step 2: Navigate to settings → Integration.
Step 3: Click on notification tab. To enable Whatsaap notification we request you to buy credits as per your requirement and then click on Save.
Note : One credit will trigger one Whatsapp notification to the customers |

Step 4: Once you enable whatsaap notification, navigate to notification tab on the left side to choose which templates you'd like to be notified about to the end customers.
Step 5: Choose which templates you'd like to be notified about to the end customers. For example "if you want customers should get notification for New Order Creation", Click on New Order Creation > Whatsaap > Enable to Active > click Save.
Note: Due to Whatsapp policies, templates cannot be edited currently. All messages will be sent from +1 (463) 222-2785 to your customers |
