How you can cancel your customers subscriptions?

Step by step guide to cancel an ongoing subscription of your customer

You can follow the below steps to cancel the subscription for a customer.

Step 1: Log in to your Recurpay dashboard and click on the Subscriptions tab in the left sidebar and choose the subscription that you would like to do the changes on.



Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Cancel Subscription" option and add a reason for cancellation to proceed.

The customer will stop getting renewal orders immediately.

They’ll receive a confirmation email if you have cancellation notifications enabled.

You can always view cancelled subscriptions under the Cancelled tab in your Subscriptions section.
