Step by step guide to cancel an ongoing subscription of your customer

You can follow the below steps to cancel the subscription for a customer.

Step 1: Log in to your Recurpay dashboard and click on the Subscriptions tab in the left sidebar and choose the subscription that you would like to do the changes on.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Cancel Subscription" option and add a reason for cancellation to proceed.

Quick Tip: Add a valid cancellation reason as this will help you derive accurate data for the cancellation of your products and share reports among your team :)
