Recurpay gives you the flexibility to adjust shipping costs for active subscribers without requiring them to sign up again. This is useful for offering special shipping discounts or adjusting rates for specific customers.
How to Edit the Shipping Price
Follow these steps to modify the shipping rate for upcoming orders:
Select the Subscription: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab in the left sidebar and click on the specific Subscription ID you wish to modify.
2. Access Shipping Details: Scroll down to the Subscription Items or shipping section and click the View details hyperlink to expand the additional information.
3. Click Edit: Locate the current shipping rate and click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the price.
4. Update and Apply: Enter the new shipping method name and the updated price, then click Apply.
Note: This change only affects the specific subscription you are editing. It will not update your store's default Shopify shipping profiles or affect other existing subscribers.
