Your customers can follow the below steps to update their subscription frequency:

Step 1: Once the customer has logged in to their account and has clicked on manage subscriptions, just click on the subscription for which they are looking to update the frequency.

Step 2: The customer can now click on the "Change" hyperlink next to the subscription frequency to select the required subscription plan.

Step 3: The next screen will show up all the plans eligible for the subscription, they can select any plan and click on Update frequency button to apply the changes.
