Sometimes, businesses make manual subscriptions for different reasons. They might want to customize or offer special things for their favorite customers. It's like when your favorite restaurant makes a special dish just for you. Manual subscriptions help businesses give you exactly what you want and provide better customer service. It's like having a tailor for your subscriptions!
On your Recurpay dashboard choose "Subscriptions" from the left menu > choose "Create Subscriptions"
"Choose products" you would like to offer subscriptions on for the specific subscriber
Search for the customer using either their email/name/phone you would like to add to the subscription offer.
New Customer: If you need to create a customer for a particular subscription scenario, you can simply select the "Create New Customer" option and input the necessary customer details.
You have the option to adjust the "Delivery and Billing Frequency" according to the specific needs of each customer.
If you wish to make additional adjustments such as "Adding More Products, Discounts", or modifying the quantity of products, you can easily do so at this point.
After completing all the modifications, simply click on "Create Subscriptions."
In this last step, you'll either share the payment link with the customer or choose from the payment methods they have made payment from in the past.
Send Payment Link: After sending the payment link, the customer can proceed with their subscription by making the payment.
Choose existing Payment method: These cards are securely stored with Shopify and the customer will be charged accordingly.
Once you receive the payment the order is created on Shopify and the recurring is enabled for the customer.
