If you are using Gorgias Helpdesk to manage your customer queries, this integration is going to make the work of your customer support team super seamless. They will now be able to see the subscriptions, orders, shipment details for your customers right on the Gorgias dashboard.
Here is how the integration between Gorgias and Recurpay Subscriptions works:
When a customer creates a support ticket through Gorgias, the HTTP integration triggers an API call to Recurpay. This call fetches all relevant subscriptions requests associated with that customer's email. The subscriptions details, such as subscription status, number of subscriptions, and subscriptions history, are then displayed directly on the Gorgias dashboard which leads to:
Faster customer support: Customer support agents have instant access to customer subscriptions details without leaving Gorgias, reducing response time for every ticket.
Unified view: Agents can see all subscription-related interactions in one place, improving issue resolution time and increased CSAT scores.
Proactive service: Agents can address queries about subscriptions statuses or orders more efficiently, leading to better customer satisfaction.
Here is a step-by-step process to integrate Gorgias with Recurpay Subscriptions:
Step 1 : Create a private app on your Recurpay Suscriptions.
On your Recurpay dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations > Develop Apps
Step 2 : Create a custom app and set access scopes.
Click on Create new app > Give it a name > Configurations and then select the following access scope and hit save.
Step 3 : Get your API access token.
Click on API Credentials and then copy the API access token for later.
Step 4 : Create an HTTP integration on Gorgias:
Move to your Gorgias dashboard, go to Settings > App Store > HTTP Integration > Add HTTP Integration.
Step 5: Add integration details
Add a name to the integration (Say Recurpay Subscriptions) , check all triggers and paste the below URL:
https://your-recurpay-subdomain.recurpay.com/admin/api/2024-07/subscriptions?email={{ticket.customer.email}}&limit=20
To get the recurpay subdomain (your-recurpay-subdomain) contact live support with your Shopify Store URL
Step 6: Once done, click on Add headers. Choose the key name as X-Recurpay-Access-Token and paste the API keys copied earlier from Recurpay dashboard in the value box. Verify all details , and then click on Add Integration.
Step 6: Click on edit widgets - Open and drag the Recurpay widget it from the list of available widgets into your ticket sidebar on the right-hand side. You'll find this widget at the bottom of the widgets page and you can drag and drop it into a spot that you see fit on the right, modify it, and Save Changes.
Here is how it will get to see all the subscription data on your Gorgias dashboard:
When a ticket is now created or updated, Gorgias will automatically pull customer information from your Recurpay account and display it in the sidebar under RECURPAY section to the right of your tickets.
Pro-tip: Your team may not need all the data provided by Recurpay so we recommend you to remove the ones which are not important/helpful for your team and show the important information on top like subscription status, order details etc.
