Migration Prerequisites
To ensure a smooth migration to Recurpay, your store must be using one of the following payment gateways:
Shopify Payments
Authorize.net
PayPal
Stripe

Step 1: Fill Out the Migration Request Form
To get started, fill out the migration request form below:
Once submitted:
Our migration team will reach out within a few hours
Your migration window will be scheduled
A dedicated migration specialist will guide you through the process
The migration is typically completed within 24–48 hours
Step 2: Install the Recurpay App
Go to your Shopify Admin
Open the Shopify App Store
Search for Recurpay Subscriptions
Click Install
After installation, complete the quick onboarding flow to connect your products and basic settings.

💡 Recommended Before Migration
We recommend installing Recurpay and completing the initial setup before the migration begins.
This ensures that:
New subscriptions created during the migration window are routed correctly
There is no overlap between old and new subscription systems
Your storefront is fully ready when subscriptions are activated on Recurpay
Our migration team will guide you on the ideal timing so everything transitions smoothly.
Step 3: Grant Access to Recurpay
Once you submit the migration request, our team will reach out to request access to your store or subscription platform.
What happens next:
We will send you a Shopify collaborator access request
Please accept the request promptly so we can proceed with the migration
Once access is granted, our team will take it forward from there.
Step 4: Migration & Review (24–48 Hours)
After access is granted, our team will begin the migration.
What happens during this step:
Existing Bold subscriptions are migrated to Recurpay in a paused state
This prevents any unintended charges
You’ll be notified once the migration is complete
Your action required:
Review the migrated subscriptions in Recurpay
Confirm everything looks correct
Stay available during the migration window in case quick confirmations are needed

Final Step: Go Live
Once you confirm everything looks good:
Uninstall Bold from your Shopify store
Our team will activate subscriptions in Recurpay
Your store goes live on Recurpay 🎉
