Here are the steps to follow and set up automation to change SKUs for every renewal order:
On your Recurpay dashboard choose "Settings" from the left menu > choose "Recurpay Bots"
Click on "Create a bot" to set up the automation
Set up the name for your automation "What do you want to call the bot?" to help you differentiate it from other automation you have created.
Define a condition you want to set up, for SKU change this would be "Subscribed Product" and choose the first product you want to switch with.
For example: To change the customer's renewal SKUs, we have chosen "Coffee" as the first product which would be switched with another product, on their 2nd renewal order.
Now choose and "change product" the switch will happen with the delivery order count when for when the switch will happen.
For example: Here we have chosen to send a new product on the 2nd renewal, so added the new product and "order" it has to be sent on
Just "Save" and we are all set to start our Recurpay automation for the product switch.
