The Recurpay Bot allows you to set up automatic discounts for your subscribers after a specific number of successful orders. This helps in rewarding loyalty and encouraging customers to continue their subscriptions for longer.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Recurpay Bots
From your Recurpay dashboard, open Settings and click on Recurpay Bots.
You’ll see your existing automations and an option to create a new one.
Step 2: Define your condition (If)
Under the If section, choose a condition that determines when this bot should trigger, such as:
Subscription Amount
Subscribed Product
Delivery Frequency
Subscription Created Date
Subscription Tags
Step 3: Set your action (Then)
Under the Then section, select Give discount to customer as the action.
Choose the percentage discount you want to apply automatically when the condition is met.
According to below condition, your customers will get 20% discount on 3rd order of their subscription.
If you want to offer discount on all orders after 3rd order onwards, then change it to "After" instead of "On".
Step 4: Click Apply
Once you’ve set your conditions and discount details, click Apply to activate your automation.
Your customers will now automatically receive the discount when their subscription meets the defined criteria.
💡 Pro Tip
Most of the subscriptions churn due to lack of incentives so creating a fair tiered discounting flow will help you keep the customers subscribed to your offerings. Make use of Add more actions to offer different discount percentages for every order. For example, offer them 5 % discount on 2nd order, 10% on 3rd and 15% on all orders afterwards.
Recurpay bot will only be applicable to regular subscriptions. All prepaid subscriptions will remain unaffected.
