With the Recurpay Bot, you can automatically include a free product in your subscribers’ orders when they meet certain conditions. This is a great way to surprise loyal customers, celebrate milestones, or promote new products.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Recurpay Bots
From your Recurpay dashboard, open Settings and click on Recurpay Bots.
You’ll see all existing automations and an option to create a new one.
Step 2: Define your condition (If)
Under the If section, choose the condition that will trigger your automation — for example:
Subscribed Product (e.g., applies to certain SKUs only)
Subscription Tags (e.g., “VIP”, “Loyal”, “Returning”)
Subscription amount (e.g. more than $200)
This ensures the bot runs only for the customers you want to reward.
Step 3: Set your action (Then)
Under the Then section, select Add a free product.
From here, choose the product you’d like to offer for free whenever the condition is met.
Step 4: Click Apply
Once your conditions and actions are configured, click Apply to activate your automation.
Recurpay will now automatically add the selected product to qualifying orders.
