How to Change Subscription Delivery Frequency Automatically Using Recurpay Bot

Adjust delivery schedules automatically to match customer behavior

Updated today

The Recurpay Bot allows you to automatically change a subscriber’s delivery frequency after a certain condition is met. This helps optimize shipment schedules, manage inventory better, and match real customer usage patterns — without manual updates.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Recurpay Bots

From your Recurpay dashboard, open Settings and click on Recurpay Bots.
You’ll see your existing automations and an option to create a new one.

Step 2: Define your condition (If)

Under the If section, choose the condition that decides when this bot should trigger, such as:

  • Subscription Amount

  • Subscribed Product

  • Subscription Tag (e.g., “Weekly”, “Monthly”)

This allows you to target only specific subscribers or products that need a change in delivery schedule.

Step 3: Set your action (Then)

Under the Then section, select Change delivery frequency.
Choose the new delivery interval you want, for example, from every 7 days to every 15 days, or monthly to bi-monthly, depending on your business needs.

Step 4: Click Apply

After reviewing your setup, click Apply to activate the automation.
Your subscribers’ delivery schedules will now automatically adjust once they meet the defined condition.

Pro tip: Use this to help customers who may be overstocking or under-ordering. For example, if many skip deliveries after a few cycles, automatically increase their delivery gap to improve retention.
