When a subscriber meets your predefined conditions, the bot injects rewards like free products, tiered discounts, or free shipping directly into their upcoming cycles without requiring any manual administration.
1. How the Bot Triggers Rewards
To manage your customer expectations correctly, keep these behavioral rules in mind:
The Retention Rule: Most loyalty automations are designed to incentivize long-term retention. Because of this, perks typically trigger starting from the second order (first renewal) onward, rather than at the initial checkout.
Subscription Compatibility: The bot runs exclusively on standard recurring subscription structures.
Automated Injection: Once a bot profile is activated in your settings, the system handles the logic completely behind the scenes. When a renewal matches your target milestones, the perk code is automatically appended to the checkout payload.
2. How to Verify a Queued Perk
You can verify if a specific customer is actively lined up to receive their loyalty reward on their upcoming renewal directly from their dashboard entry:
Locate the Customer: Go to the Subscriptions tab in your left sidebar and select the target Subscription ID.
Inspect the Top Banner: Review the very top of the subscription detail screen.
Confirm the Message: If a reward is successfully scheduled, a clear notification banner will appear stating exactly which benefit (e.g., "10% Tiered Discount and Free Shipping will apply to the next order") is currently queued for that renewal date.
3. Troubleshooting Missing Rewards
If the expected notification banner does not appear at the top of a customer's subscription profile, check the following items:
Verify Bot Status: Navigate to the Bots section of your Recurpay dashboard and confirm that the automation sequence toggle is switched ON.
Review Milestone Progress: Double-check the customer's historical order log. Ensure they have successfully completed the exact minimum order count or hit the tier criteria specified in your bot rule.
