Through the Customer Portal, subscribers can quickly skip one or more upcoming orders with just a few clicks. It’s simple, intuitive, and designed with flexibility in mind. Once an order is skipped, the next shipment is also skipped, and the shipment date is automatically updated.

Common reasons customers skip orders:

  • ✅ They already have enough product

  • 🛫 They’ll be away during the delivery window

  • ⏸️ They want to pause shipments temporarily

This isn’t a cancellation, it’s just a pause. And it gives your customers control over their experience.

Also, customers can choose to skip the next order by changing the next shipment date directly on the Customer Portal, as shown in the images.
