Instant Orders in Recurpay allow you to charge and process a subscription order immediately without waiting for the next renewal date.
This comes in handy when a customer requests an early delivery, you need to retry a failed renewal, or you simply want to test the subscription flow.
Here’s how to create an instant order from your Recurpay dashboard.
Step 1: Go to the Subscriptions section
From your Recurpay dashboard, click on Subscriptions in the left-hand panel.
You’ll see a list of all active and paused subscriptions.
Click on the subscription for which you want to create an instant order.
Step 2: Click on “Create an instant order”
Once you open the subscription, you’ll land on its details page showing the subscribed products, billing information, and order history.
Scroll down to the Order History section.
In the Order History block, click on Create an instant order.
A confirmation popup will appear with the product details and price.
The customer will be charged immediately using their saved payment method.
A new order will be created in your Shopify store under the same customer.
The next renewal date will automatically adjust based on the subscription frequency.
Note -
Instant orders cannot be reversed once created.
Taxes, discounts, and shipping are applied as per the existing subscription settings.
