The delivery and billing frequency for a plan can be set from the plan page by going into the plan and editing the delivery and billing settings for the plan. See the image below:
You can also set the delivery frequency for a subscription from the subscription page by simply clicking the subscription details > selecting how frequently the customer will receive their order. See the image below:
