Your subscribers can easily add more products to their upcoming orders directly from the Manage Subscription page.
This feature helps them explore new products, try new variants, or stock up on favorites, without leaving the portal.
Here’s how they can do it.
Step 1: Open the Manage Subscription page
Customers can access their portal using the Manage Subscription link in their order/renewal emails.
Once logged in, they’ll see active subscriptions, next order date, and available actions.
Step 2: Explore “Tailored Picks”
At the top, they’ll find Tailored Picks: Perfect Match for You with recommended products.
Each card shows the product, price, and an Add + button.
Step 3: Click Add + on a product
Click Add + on the product they want to include with their next deliveries.
A selection modal will open.
here the customer selects how they want to add the product:
All future orders (recurs with the subscription)
Only for next order (one-time add)
They can also adjust the quantity, then click Continue.
Step 5: Review next order details
After continuing, the item is added to the subscription.
Customers can scroll to the Next order section to review changes. You’ll also see a note:
“Changes to your subscription will be applied to your next order and onwards.”
Notes
Any available discounts (e.g., 5% OFF, Free Shipping) apply automatically.
Items added for All future orders will repeat every cycle until removed.
Items added for Only for next order are charged/shipped once.
Customers can remove added items anytime before the renewal processes.
