How it works
The integration connects Recurpay with Judge.me to fetch and display product review data in Recurpay’s supported review format.
Here’s how the flow works:
Recurpay securely connects to Judge.me using the merchant’s store permissions.
Product-level review data (ratings and reviews) is fetched from Judge.me.
Recurpay renders the reviews in a standardized format supported by the Recurpay UI.
Any updates to reviews in Judge.me are automatically reflected in Recurpay after sync.
What merchants will see:

No need to manage reviews separately inside Recurpay

Considerations / Limitations
Before enabling the integration, merchants should be aware of the following:
The integration only supports product-level reviews from Judge.me.
Reviews are displayed using Recurpay’s predefined format and may not support all Judge.me customization options.
Review data sync may have a short delay and is not always real-time.
Merchants must have Judge.me installed and active on their Shopify store.
Set up the Recurpay integration
Follow the steps below to connect Judge.me with Recurpay:
Open your Judge.me dashboard and click on Settings>Integrations>View API token and copy the Public and Private API tokens.
Open your Recurpay dashboard and click on Settings>Integrations>Apps.
Locate Judge.me from the list of available integrations and click on Activate.
.Paste the Public and Private API Token copied earlier from Judge.me dashboard and click on Save.
Once connected, reviews will automatically start appearing for supported products in Recurpay to the customers in the storefront customer portal.
💡 No additional configuration is required after this.
