Step 1: Open Recharge from Your Shopify Admin
From your Shopify admin, navigate to Apps and click on Recharge Subscriptions to open the Recharge dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Accounts
Click Settings from the left-hand menu, then select Accounts.
Step 3: Add a New Account
Click Add account to create a new user.
Step 4: Enter Account Details
Enter the email address shared with you by the Recurpay team.
Step 5: Assign the Required Permissions
To ensure we’re able to export your subscription data, select the following permissions for the Recurpay account:
General – All permissions
Storefront – All permissions
Settings – All permissions
Data – All permissions
Admin
Store
Once the above permissions are selected, click Save to send the account invitation.
Step 6: Invitation Sent
Once saved, an email invitation will be sent to the Recurpay team to create a direct Recharge login. This access will be used only for migration purposes.
