Need your deliveries to arrive more or less often? We make it easy to adjust how frequently your recurring orders ship. Through your Customer Portal, you can manually update your subscription frequency at any time to match your routine.
How to Change Your Delivery Frequency
Follow these quick steps to update how often your subscription arrives:
Access Subscription Management: Log into your account on our store and click the Manage Subscriptions button.
Select Your Subscription: From your list of active subscriptions, click on the specific Subscription ID you wish to modify.
Update Subscription Frequency:
Locate the Subscription Frequency section displayed at the top of your subscription details page.
Click the Change button next to your current frequency (e.g., Every 30 Day).
Choose your new desired interval options from the available options.
Confirm the Update: Click Update or Save to confirm your new schedule.
Note: Updating your subscription frequency will adjust the interval for all future recurring orders. If you also need to adjust your immediate upcoming shipment date, you can update the Next Order Date option located directly below the frequency section.
