How To Edit contact information (email and phone) for the subscriptions from the Customer portal

Your customers can follow the steps below to update their subscription frequency:

Step 1: Once the customer has logged in to their account and has clicked on manage subscriptions, just click on the subscription for which they are looking to update the frequency.

Step 2: The customer can now click on the "Change" hyperlink next to the contact information to update the email or phone.

Step 3: The next screen will show up the fields to update the email and phone number (optional). Just fill up the details and click on "Update".

Note: The updated email should not be associated with any of the existing customers.
