Keeping subscriptions flexible is key to retaining customers. Recurpay allows you to manually add, remove, or swap products within an active subscription, ensuring your customers always get exactly what they need for their next delivery.
How to Edit Subscription Items
Follow these steps to modify products for upcoming orders:
Select the Subscription: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab in the left sidebar and click on the specific Subscription ID you wish to update.
Access Product Settings: On the subscription detail page, locate the Subscription Items section and click the Change products hyperlink.
Modify Your Items: * Add: Use the search bar to find and add new products.
Remove: Click the trash icon next to any item the customer no longer wants.
Swap: Remove the old item and add the new one in its place.
Confirm Changes: Review the updated list and click Confirm to save the changes for all future renewals.
Note: The "Change products" option is not available for prepaid subscriptions, as the items for those cycles are locked in at the time of the initial payment.
