You can follow the below steps to edit your customer's subscription items for upcoming orders.
Step 1: Log in to your Recurpay dashboard and click on the Subscriptions tab in the left sidebar and choose the subscription that you would like to do the changes on.
Step 2: Now you can just click on the "Change products" hyperlink in the subscription detail page.
Note: The change product option in the Recurpay dashboard will not be visible in the case of prepaid subscriptions. |
Step 3: Simply add, remove or swap products in the subscription for upcoming deliveries and confirm the changes.
