Empowering your customers to manage their own subscriptions reduces support tickets and improves retention. Through the Recurpay Customer Portal, subscribers can easily add, remove, or swap products for their upcoming deliveries.



How Your Customers Can Edit Their Subscription

Share these steps with your customers to help them manage their orders:

  1. Access the Subscription: Once logged into their account, the customer clicks Manage Subscriptions and selects the specific subscription they wish to update.

2. Edit Upcoming Orders: On the subscription details page, click the Edit your upcoming orders hyperlink.

3. Modify Products: The customer is redirected to the edit page where they can:

  • Add: Include new products in their next delivery.

  • Swap: Exchange an existing product for a different variant or item.

  • Adjust Quantity: Increase or decrease the number of items.

4. Save Changes: After making adjustments, click Confirm to apply the changes to all future renewals.

Smart Tip: Encourage customers to try new products by offering an additional "Add-on Discount" if they add items to their upcoming orders via the portal.
