How Your Customers Can Edit Their Subscription
Share these steps with your customers to help them manage their orders:
Access the Subscription: Once logged into their account, the customer clicks Manage Subscriptions and selects the specific subscription they wish to update.
2. Edit Upcoming Orders: On the subscription details page, click the Edit your upcoming orders hyperlink.
3. Modify Products: The customer is redirected to the edit page where they can:
Add: Include new products in their next delivery.
Swap: Exchange an existing product for a different variant or item.
Adjust Quantity: Increase or decrease the number of items.
4. Save Changes: After making adjustments, click Confirm to apply the changes to all future renewals.
Smart Tip: Encourage customers to try new products by offering an additional "Add-on Discount" if they add items to their upcoming orders via the portal.
