Keeping your customer’s delivery address up to date is essential for smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
In Recurpay, you can easily update the delivery address linked to a subscription to ensure orders are shipped to the correct location. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to make these updates quickly and efficiently.

Step 1: Locate The Subscription Page
In the Recurpay dashboard, you will find the Subscriptions tab in the left-hand sidebar, just below the Plans section.
Step 2: Search For The Customers' Subscription
Within the Subscriptions section, use the search bar to locate the specific customer subscription you want to manage. You can search using the customer’s name, email address, or subscription ID.
Step 3: Click On The Subscription To navigate To Shipping Address
Click on the customer’s subscription once you find it, open the details page. From there, navigate to the "Shipping Address" section. You will find it in the right-hand sidebar by scrolling down, just below the Contact Information field.
Note: Please note that any changes made to a customers shipping address will be applicable from the next order onwards.
Step 4: Update The Customers Shipping Address
By clicking the “Change” hyperlinked text next to the shipping address, the fields to update the customer’s delivery address will open, allowing you to make the necessary changes.
Step 5: Confirm The Update In The Subscription Activities Timeline
Scroll down on the left-hand side to the "Timeline" section within the customer’s subscription page. Review the notification timeline, as it will show the most recent activity related to the subscription.
