Providing customers with the flexibility to reschedule their deliveries reduces cancellations and improves the overall shopping experience. Through the Recurpay Customer Portal, subscribers can manually adjust their next order date to fit their schedule.

How Your Customers Can Reschedule an Order
Share these steps with your customers to help them manage their upcoming deliveries:
Access Subscription Management: The customer logs into their account on your Shopify store and clicks the Manage Subscriptions button.
Select the Subscription: From the list of active subscriptions, the customer clicks on the specific Subscription ID they wish to reschedule.
Update the Next Order Date: Locate the Next Order Date section on the subscription details page.
Click on the date or the Change Date hyperlink.
Select a new desired delivery date from the calendar picker.
4. Confirm the Update: Click Update or Save. The system will instantly adjust the billing schedule to match the new selected date.
Note: Changing the next order date will automatically shift all future recurring orders based on the original subscription frequency (e.g., if set to monthly, the following order will occur one month after the new date).
