After they have clicked on manage subscriptions they will be redirected to there subscription detail page, from where they can choose the subscription they want to reschedule.

Once your customer has selected the subscriptions they want to reschedule. They can click on "Manage your Subscriptions" under the specific subscription and they will be redirected to the subscription detail page, wherein they can change reschedule the order date.
