Steps to Configure the Renewal Date
Step 1: Go To Subscription Plan
Go to Recurpay Dashboard → Plans
Create a new plan or edit an existing one.
Step 2: Navigate Within The Plan To The Subscription Renewal Date Section
Navigate to the “Renew all subscriptions on a specific date or day” option
Configure the plan to renew all subscriptions on a chosen day or date, regardless of their individual renewal dates
Select a date from the calendar dropdown to set it as the anchor date for all subscriptions under this plan
Step 3: Set The Cut-off Period - The Number of Days Before The Anchor Date
Please note that:
Subscriptions created before the cut-off are included in the upcoming renewal.
Subscriptions created after the cut-off move to the next cycle.
