For stores with fixed production schedules that require orders to be placed on specific dates each month, you can streamline your process by setting an anchor date on your plans.
This ensures all subscription renewals fall on a set day each month, regardless of the original order date. Please follow the steps below to set this up, or watch the video for a more detailed walkthrough.
Step 1: On your Recurpay dashboard, under "Plans", click to create a plan or modify an existing plan.
Step 2. Within the plan, scroll to down to where it says "Advanced settings", and select the option that says "Renew all subscriptions on a specific date or day". Ensuring that the featured is turned on.
Step 2: Select the day/date of the month, you want your customers subscription renewal orders to be created.
Condition 1: You can choose to select a cut off period and also determine what happens if the cut off is not met. However this settings is totally optional.
Step 3: To finalise your setup, select the "Save or update " button above or the one below the plan.
