To view the full history of updates made to a customer’s subscription, follow these simple steps✅
Log in to your Recupay Dashboard
Click on "Subscriptions" from the side menu
Select any subscription to open its details
Scroll down to the Timeline section
The Timeline acts like a reliable record keeper, capturing every update made to the subscription. From billing frequency changes to address updates, price adjustments, or product swaps, no detail goes unnoticed or unlogged. It’s your go-to for a clear, time-stamped history of every action. Each action is logged with a timestamp, giving you a transparent and searchable history of the subscription’s lifecycle.
Viewing Order Logs and Order IDs 📦
Every subscription comes with a unique Order ID to keep things organized and easy to track. There is a dedicated order page on the dashboard that allows merchants to efficiently manage and track their orders by entering a unique order ID. From the subscription page, you can also access the order ID directly.
Click on any order to see detailed information, including past renewals and generated orders
Please note: If you can’t find an order in the general Orders section, it may be because the subscription hasn’t renewed yet, and the order hasn’t been processed. Once the subscription renews successfully, the order will be created automatically, along with a new order ID.
