To ensure your campaign emails reach your customers’ inboxes, Recurpay requires you to verify your sender domain.
This is now a mandatory step for all email service providers as part of global spam-prevention standards.
Without domain verification, your campaign emails may be blocked or marked as spam.
Step 1: Go to Sender Email Verification
From your Recurpay dashboard, navigate to:
Settings → Notifications
Step 2: Click to Verify
You’ll see your current sender email displayed (for example, help@yourstore.com).
Click the “Click to verify” link next to your email address.
Step 3: Add the DNS Records to Your Domain Provider
Once you click verify, Recurpay will generate a list of DNS records — including CNAME and TXT entries — that you’ll need to add to your domain settings.
Each record will have three fields:
Type – CNAME or TXT
Name – unique domain key (e.g.
domainkey.yourstore.com)Value – authentication value provided by Recurpay
Copy each record and paste it exactly as shown into your DNS settings on your hosting provider (for example, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Shopify Domains, Google Workspace, etc.).
Tip: Adding incorrect or partial values may prevent verification. Double-check before saving changes.
Step 4: Wait for Verification
Once the DNS records are saved, it can take up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate.
Recurpay will automatically detect the update and mark your sender domain as Verified.
If it still shows “Not verified” after 72 hours, re-check your records or contact our support team via Live Chat for assistance.
