Customizing your notifications

Personalize the look and feel of your Recurpay emails

Updated yesterday

Recurpay allows you to customize how your notification emails appear to your customers, keeping them consistent with your brand identity. Every notification sent from Recurpay uses your sender details, logo, and color theme, ensuring your subscribers always recognize your store’s communication.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Notifications

From your Recurpay dashboard, click Settings > Notifications.
This is where you can manage both design customization and email templates.

Step 2: Edit Sender Details

Under the Sender Details section, you can personalize your brand details:

  • Sender Name: This name will appear as the sender in customer inboxes.
    (Example: “Recuradvance”, “YourBrand Subscriptions”, etc.)

  • Logo: Upload your brand logo (max file size: 2MB).
It will appear at the top of your email notifications.

  • Button Background: Set the color of CTA buttons in your emails (e.g., “Manage Subscription” or “Pay Now” buttons).

  • Button Text Color: Customize the text color used inside buttons.

💡 Tip: You can match these colors with your brand’s primary theme or Shopify store palette for a cohesive experience.

Step 3: Preview or Restore Defaults

If you wish to revert any changes, simply click “Restore default templates” at the bottom of the page.

This resets your notifications to the standard Recurpay design.

Step 4: Need Professionally Designed Templates?

If you want to take your branding a step further, Recurpay offers a custom HTML email design service starting at just $10 per template.
You can connect directly with professional designers by clicking “Connect to email designers” at the top of the Notifications page.
