Template Variables
On the left, you’ll find pre-defined template variables that help you personalize your emails automatically. These variables pull live customer or store data into your message.
Common variables include:

Editing the Email
In the right-hand panel, you can fully customize every part of the email:
Subject – Update the subject line (e.g., “Complete your purchase.”)
Cc / Bcc – Add additional recipients if needed
Content – Edit the complete email body in HTML or text format
You can modify headings, add new content, or paste your own branded HTML layout directly into the editor.
💡 If you prefer a custom-designed HTML email, Recurpay also offers a professional design service (starting at just $10 per template) which you can access via the banner above the editor.
Email & WhatsApp Tabs
If WhatsApp notifications are enabled, you’ll see separate Email and WhatsApp tabs.
You can toggle between them to edit content for each channel individually ensuring both your email and WhatsApp messages match your brand tone.
Preview and Save
Once you’re happy with your edits:
