Recurpay Bots allow you to automate workflows and offer incentives based on subscription amount. One powerful feature is the ability to trigger actions depending on the subscription amount. Here’s a quick guide:
Step 1.
Log in to your Recurpay dashboard and navigate to settings. From settings, navigate to the recurpay bot
Step 2.
Click on the create a bot option to start creating a bot.
Step 3.
Name your bot based on the con the condition "subscription amount" you are about to set.
Step 4.
Select the condition type "subscription amount" and ensure the subscription price is always set to be greater than 0.
Step 5.
Move to the "then" condition setup to finalise the conditions for the bot. For example, you can decide to incentivise your customers with a 5% discount after their first order and onwards.
Step 6.
Save and ensure the bot is active. This setup ensures the bot has been successfully created.
