You should use this feature when a customer forgets to apply a code at checkout or when you want to provide a one-time price adjustment to an active subscription.
Benefit: This helps merchants improve customer retention and manage individual subscription pricing without requiring the customer to cancel and re-subscribe.

Step 1: Go to the Subscriptions menu
Go to the Subscriptions tab on the left bar on your Recurpay dashboard.
Step 2: Search for the customer's subscription
Enter the customer's name, email, or subscription ID into the search bar and select the correct subscription from the list.
Step 3: Open the discount settings
On the left-hand side of the subscription details page, find the Next Order Amount section and click the dropdown arrow
Step 4: Apply the discount code
Enter the discount code into the field and click Apply.
WARNING: Ensure the discount code is active in your store settings before applying it manually, or the price will not update.
The discount code will be calculated in the next renewal order
