Your customers can follow the below steps to change delivery address.
Step 1: Login to your ecommerce account and click on View and Edit subscriptions.
Step 2: Choose the subscription that you would like to do changes to, and then click on "Manage your Subscription"in the Customer subscription detail page. Quick look of the screens below
Step 3: Now, on the right of the screen you would see "Shipping Address" and a "Change" option next to it, click on that and change the shipping address of your upcoming order.
