A Recurpay Bot allows you to provide perks like free products, tiered discounts, or free shipping, depending on how it’s configured. These benefits are automatically applied to customer orders beginning with the second purchase.
The Recurpay bot allows you to perform super important tasks without your involvement. Once a bot is activated, it will perform actions automatically based on the conditions defined by you.
The Recurpay Bot applies exclusively to regular subscriptions, not prepaid ones, and it does not impact the first order. Its benefits take effect starting from the second order onward.
To Set up A Recurpay Bot:
Step 1.
Log in to your recurpay admin dashboard and navigate to settings.
Step 2.
From settings, navigate to recurpay bot
Step 3.
Click on the green button with the plus sign icon to create a new bot for your subscription offerings.
Step 4.
Name your bot based on the type of condition you would like to set up for your offerings.
Step 5.
Name your bot by the type of condition and action you want your bot to take automatically.
Step 6.
Step up the following rules to offer incentives such as tiered discounts, free/gift, or override defined shipping rules, and change delivery frequencies.
Step 7.
Add as many rules as applicable to the bot and save.
Step 8.
Once the bot is saved, you can decide to make it active or inactive till you are ready to make it live on your store. You can also edit or delete the bot to update your configurations to match your offerings.
