Managing customer payment details is an essential part of running a smooth subscription business. With Recurpay, you can easily update or change a customer’s payment method and card details to ensure uninterrupted recurring payments.

Step 1: Locate The Subscriptions Tab
In the Recurpay dashboard, you will find the Subscriptions tab in the left-hand sidebar, just below the Plans section.
Step 2: Search For The Customer’s Subscription.
Within the Subscriptions section, use the search bar to locate the specific customer subscription you want to manage. You can search using the customer’s name, email address, or subscription ID.
Step 3: Click On The Subscription To navigate To Payment Mode.
Click on the customer’s subscription once you find it, to open the details page. From there, navigate to the "Payment Mode" section. You will find it in the right-hand sidebar by scrolling down, just below the Shipping Address field.
Note: Please note that the Shopify payment link is valid for 8 hours only. The customer must update their payment details within this time before the link expires. If the link expires, you will need to repeat the same steps to resend the payment link to the customer.
Step 4: Send A Payment Link.
By clicking the “Change” hyperlink next to the payment mode option, you will see an option to send the customer a payment link, along with a clear call-to-action button to complete the process. The customer will receive the payment link via email, allowing them to update their payment or credit card details.
Step 5. Confirm The Payment Link Has Been Sent successfully.
Scroll down on the left-hand side to the "Timeline" section within the customer’s subscription page. Review the notification timeline, as it will show the most recent activity related to the subscription. Any payment link shared with the customer will also be updated and visible here.
