1. Navigating the Subscription Overview
To get a high-level snapshot of your store's health, go to the Analytics section in your Recurpay dashboard. This area provides a "Subscription Overview" that tracks critical metrics:
Total Subscription Revenue: The total income generated from recurring orders.
Average Revenue Per User (ARPU): How much each subscriber is worth to your business on average.
Average Subscription Lifetime: How long customers typically stay subscribed before churning.
Churn Insights: Real-time stats on new, halted, and canceled subscriptions, including specific cancellation reasons to help you refine your retention strategy.
2. Filtering by Specific Months
To analyze your performance for a specific month or custom timeframe:
Locate the Date Selector: Find the date range tool at the top right of the Analytics page.
Select Your Range: Choose a specific month or set a custom date range.
Analyze the Data: The dashboard will instantly update to show the revenue and subscriber activity for that specific window.
3. Deep-Dive Monthly Reporting
For more granular breakdowns useful for accounting or strategy meetings you have two primary options:
Dashboard Comparison: Manually cycle through different months in the dashboard to quickly compare month-over-month (MoM) revenue growth.
Data Exports: Use the Export feature to download your entire subscription database into a CSV file. From there, you can filter by subscription status and billing month in a spreadsheet for a detailed income report.
