Recurpay allows merchants to manage subscriptions efficiently, including setting rules for cancellations. One useful feature is the ability to specify a minimum number of orders a customer must complete before they can cancel their subscription.
To set this up:
Step 1.
Access your Recurpay dashboard and navigate to the Settings section on the dashboard.
Step 2.
From settings, navigate to subscription policy and click to modify the option.
Step 3.
Once in the subscription policy section, scroll down to the cancellation rule option.
Step 4.
Input the number of orders required for subscription before customers can cancel.
β
Step 5.
Save the configuration to apply changes to your subscription plans.
Once configured, subscribers will only be able to cancel their subscription after they have completed the specified number of orders. This helps ensure recurring revenue continuity and reduces churn while still giving customers flexibility.
